On 7/11/24 my elderly husband was traveling on I-20 from AL to our home in AZ. He blew out a front tire & was stranded, fortunately 2 miles from Joe’s Tire & Service in Ruston, LA. Roadside assistance could not get to him for over 2hrs & it was 93* outside. I found Joe’s Tire online & called them to inquire if they could possibly render assistance.

Sue Ellen the mgr could not have been more helpful & truly cared about my husband’s circumstance, safety & welfare. Tho they were short staffed, John the service mgr personally immediately came out & spent hrs trying to come up with a workable & most importantly, safe solution wen after they called all their distributors & couldn’t find the recommended tire for our BMW suv. Sue Ellen called me in AZ numerous times to update me on how my husband was & what was happening there.

They both went WAY over & above to help out someone in need!. They demonstrated exceptional human concern for my husband & myself, which was so greatly appreciated during a stressful time. And they spent all their time, efforts & did it all for NOTHING but a tip! Thank you SO much Sue Ellen & John for restoring our faith in people, human kindness, generosity & exceptional business ethics/ customer relations!

Tho we didn’t get to buy a new tire from them, I strongly urge everyone to take your tire & service needs to Joe’s Tire & Service in Ruston, La!
