Introduced myself with my name, advised i got their number off of YellowPages, and was told "cant help you, sorry" and hung up on me.

This office has some of the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The technician came out and charged $75 to let me know that he cannot fix my water heater without ordering a part. When I tried to get a price quote he had no idea how much it would be, so I called the office and asked and they also had no idea. The woman in the office said she would call back the next morning with a quote and never did. Then two days later called and said she ordered the part without my consent and that it would be shipped to my home and I would be charged for it. She was extremely rude and hostile when I told her that I never ordered a part and she continued to say that she assumed I would want so I need to pay for it. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! By far the worst service call I have ever had.
