He is very easy to work with an will tell you exactly what he is going to do to fix your washer/dryer, or, I assume, anything else that breaks.

Not knowing much about refrigerators and not having the time to research and trouble shoot the issue on my own I turned to YP. I am glad I did as I found John's Appliance Repair. Glad Yellow Pages directed me toward John and his business. John is very professional and courteous, was at my place in the 15 minute window he gave me, the price was great. The repairs have continued to work to give life back to my fridge.

John was the best repairman I've ever had in my home. I had John service my Stainless steel 3 drawer Kenmore Elite Frig. about one year ago. To date the frig hasn't had a hitch. We were looking at replacing it but didn't want to spend $2000. so I called John and he came out an replaced the fan motor for next to nothing. The frig was only about 6 years old at the time and it just didn't seem like it should have broken. John showed us the two motors, the one from the factory and the new one he installed which was much better in quality. I was so happy, I had him order and replace a few of the plastic broken trays. My frig still looks like it did when I bought it 7 years ago. This is a company I'd highly recommend, in fact I just recommended him to a total stranger today. Oh and when John tell you he will be there at 2:15, John is there at 2:15, so don't think you can run some errand while you wait for the usual late repairman, this one keeps in contact and shows up when he says he's going to be there. And no window of 12-5 stuff either. It really was a great experience and I'd call John anytime something breaks in my home.
