I wish I could remember, but pretty sure "Brian" was my hero of the evening. :)

So I was trying to keep my dog comfy by keeping the fan on while my roommate browsed (and browsed and browsed...and I didn't pay attention to the time) and there goes the battery! Nothin'! Progressive dispatched John's Repair and Towing for us and Alan got my little Kia purring again (and my dog nice and cool). But here's the thing...he had a little bit of trouble finding us - no fault of his own, attempted to help wrangle a dog on the run (not mine), had difficulties locating the right tools for the job...probably not where they were supposed to be, the jumper box thing didn't do the job - not strong enough for my tough little Kia, then whatever he needed to connect to on the truck for the "big gun" jump wasn't working...but he fixed it on the spot. And you know what? He smiled all the way through it! Alan gave incredible customer service and based on that I would recommend John's Repai and Towing to anyone! Thanks Alan!
