Inquiries before the job were responded to promptly. Prior, I'd had nearly a foot of water standing in my basement.

Very thankful that were patient regarding rescheduling and did an excellent job. The price was reasonable and the install was completed quickly.

For certain, we've promoted them to friends and family. They have a wonderful installation crew - they worked really hard! The staff here represent the company extremely well! I'm proud to say our basement is completely dry now!!!

The waterproofing system was installed in less than 2 days. My basement doesn't leak now and we're happy with the work.

Looking to get warranty work done because of multiple failed seals installed by John's Waterproofing. On a scale of 1-10 they get a 1. Instead of repairing the work, they low balled us by offering us money to get the seals they fixed by someone else - and it was up to us to find and coordinate.John's Waterproofing is not a company to trust w your basement or anything else. Buyer beware!
