DON'T BOTHER! Calling around to get companies to come out to give me an estimate on doing some much-needed grading in our pasture. (We have a mini Grand Canyon in there.) I called the number I found on the internet and from the get-go I should have known better...1) If you're a PROFESSIONAL business, you answer the phone with the BUSINESS name to assure people they're called the right number...not "Hello?" I had to dig to see if I was even calling the right place/person. 2) I set up an appointment with them to meet me after work one day...after that the guy didn't say anything....I had to dig again "Ummm..wouldn't you like my NAME, and PHONE NUMBER, and address???!!" 3) He asked me to call him on the day before to REMIND HIM of our appointment and to give directions then. 4) I did my part and called the day before...and got his voicemail. So I left name, number, quick directions, address, etc...waited for a phone call back to confirm he was still coming out. 5) I worked 8 to 12 that day he was to show up and he wanted to meet at 1pm Okay, I raced home (without having had lunch yet) and made sure I got here on time...and waited and waited....nothing. I called the number again and even looked it up again to make sure I'd not written it down incorrectly. Nope, number was right....So TWO HOURS after he should have been here I called again...every time I only reached his voicemail. Stayed at the house all day just in case he called. NOTHING....Here it is 4 days after he was to show up and I still heard no word. Well, onward and upward I guess....DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!
