Had an HVAC system installed in 2014. We've had them out at least 10 times for repairs & freon leaks.

They never fixed anything- just replace parts that didn't need replacing & add more freon.

Finally, after three years of ongoing trouble, they're going to replace some of the major parts. I just found out they've had the parts for days but can't get around to installing them yet for another couple days! They've left us with no A/C for two weeks already!

Save yourself the frustration & have someone else do the work for you.

would have gotten a higher review but they over charge almost 5 times what parts actually cost. I doubt they will ever read this though. Avid them in you can unless you like spending 200 more then you have to
