I set up an appointment with Jon. However, he never showed up. I called him back twice and also left a voicemail. Unfortunately, I never received a response from him. I understand that roofers are very busy. But, when you schedule an appointment with a customer, and you are unable to keep that appointment, you should have the common courtesy to call and cancel. Jon, I understand that you are busy, and that your time is important. But, my time is important too, and I wasted a day waiting for you.
