I found Josh through Craig's List under Mid-America TV & Applance's ad... I had a broken washing machine. He arrived when he said he would, had the parts ready, repaired the washer better than it was when I bought it used, guaranteed his labor and parts for a full year and all this at a very reasonable price. I am just so very grateful for his excellent work and fast and friendly service. I will be a repeat customer and highly recommend this company.

Needed my washer repaired and A & J did a fantastic job. Responded very quickly after I called and was out the next day with parts and had it up a running. Very customer friendly!! Will call A & J Appliance Repair whenever I need something repaired in the future!!!

I called Josh and he was at the house within 30 minutes and fixed our dryer. He has been a valuable source of information about the appliances we have at home, and helped me make a decision on purchasing a major new appliance. I would have been lost without his advice. You just don't get service like this anymore--It was refreshing to visit with him. He clearly knows his stuff and has done his homework!! Any service that we have in the future, will certainly be done by A & J Appliance Repair Service.

We had a problem with our dryer. I called and Josh came out to our house that day. The parts were ordered and we were up and running the next day!!! He cleaned up the mess, showed me how to keep the dryer clean, and his customer service was beyond incredible!!! I will never look for another repair service!!!!

A&J provided fast, great service when we needed it most. Our AC had gone out in the heat of the summer.

We called our home warranty service; their technician wasn't authorized to finish the job on the warranty call. The tech would have done it, outside of the warranty, for an outrageous price and even then we had to get it scheduled in the next few days because they couldn't do it right then, even though they were already at the house.

We called A&J and they came out the same day and fixed the problem, on our schedule, with no overtime charges!

It saved us time, money and stress! It's no fun to be pregnant in the summer when your AC goes out! Thanks guys!

I called Josh early Thursday morning and he was to my house that morning to fix my AC. It was 110 degrees out that day, and he worked until the job was done. He was quick and affordable. I will call him every time anything in my house is not working!
