We needed help asap with a washer that was not draining in a house with a new baby. John came over as soon as he could, the lady on the phone was very helpful in getting him to us between calls. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He also made a point to show us what had happened to avoid future problems. Even cleaned up our machine to leave us with a better working machine than what we presented him. We are grateful to have such a wonderful company in the area....and highly recommend.

Prompt reply to service request, and appointment scheduled in a very workable timeframe for our needs. John came when scheduled, at a convenient time for our family, and stayed late until the job was done, done right, and our home brought back to its clean condition before he arrived. Would recommend this business for appliance repair without hesitation!

This repair man is worthless, he came over and maybe opened the door and said nothing was wrong with it. I got home and found plenty wrong with it, up to and including it's still broken. The only thing he did was take my $85 service fee. This man is a rip off and now I have $85 dollars less to fix it. I though it was great to have appliance repair in Los Alamos, not anymore. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS.
