I started yoga last year and now I don't like to go a week without it. Judith is a great teacher. She is patient, funny, and supportive. She makes very good use of music and poems and adds her unique chants to the practice. I was a bit cynical at first, but soon found the sessions very relaxing and head-clearing. Judith's yoga classes have helped me reduce stress, leading to better life balance and focus.

I practiced yoga with Judith Valerie Yoga several years ago and am returning to yoga currently. Judith is a wonderful teacher! She offers classes at gentle beginner and advanced levels, and she combines the physical and spiritual aspects of yoga beautifully. Judith structures the yoga classes such that everyone, regardless of skill or ability level, can benefit. I highly recommend Judith; her classes are very helpful -- and fun!

Search the web for Yoga classes and found Judith. With only 1 class, I discovered muscles that I did not remember having. I am very active, and now feel like I am doing the best for my body now that I am attending Judith's yoga classes.
