I have used jumpman for several adult parties over three years , tables and chairs. The tables and chairs were clean. They were on time, accommodating for the time of my party and my time needed to decorate. They came back on time to remove the equipment. I have enjoyed working with Pat and the delivery man.

Everyone. Be aware... I've used this company before with no problems. This past weekend 6/7/14, I ordered a jumper and they said they will delivery it by 11am. They never showed up. I called them several times and got a answering machine. They ruined my son's birthday party. We had a dozen disappointed kids. If they weren't going to deliver it, at least a courtesy phone call would have been appreciated then I could have found another company. They are a poor run business. I will never give them my business and I will tell everyone I know not to give them business. They are flakes.

I hosted an event on August 25, 2012. We ordered chairs, a jumper, tables, and a popcorn machine. Delivery person was professional and on time. Chairs were in dirty condition still having food particles from the previous events and the popcorn machine still had melted butter from the previous event. I spent about an 1 hour clean up there supplies and when I called to give my feedback, I was treated in a very unprofessional and uneducated way. Would not recommend dealing with such a tacky business. Thank you Ana Lopez
