The people that work there were extremely polite. Service went just as I was told. Car was picked up 2 days later and cash was delivered to me in hand. The amount I received was more than junkacar.com or junkmycar.com. If I had another car to sale or knew someone that needed a sale I would recommend them without hesitation.

NO REPLY AT ALL! I left a message, no one ever called back. I guess they are too busy to return calls.

i was very pleased with my service. i spoke with two woman who were very helpful to gave me all the information i needed. i've been trying to sell this car for months and as soon as i talk to them they took it off my hands. the service was speedy, they were very kind, and i feel they got me the best deal possible. if i were to sell another car, they'd be the first i call. they were extremely professional and knowledgable over the business.

I was vrery disappointed with the service. I received an email stating they wanted my vehicle. I called them and they took all my info and said someone would be calling to pick it up (on their site is states within 48 hours). I got a call back for the VIN number. After that nothing, I had to call back at least 3 times to check on the status and everytime they had to ask me all my info all over again. It was very unprofessional and I lost other potential buyers waiting for them. The last time I called the girl said someone would be calling me that day, and nothing ever happened. I understand if they could not get anyone but I would think they could call as a courtesy. In the beginning they were so nice when I called about the car, I was shocked to see how it ended up. A week has passed since I last spoke with them and have since found another buyer. I just wanted to leave a review because they really disappointed me. They asked me on the first call to give them a good review?? but then did not have anything organized, left me hanging and were the ones who reached out to me in the beginning to buy the car. Very strange. I would go elsewhere.

My name is Mona LaFleur and I would like to comment on one of your employees. I went on your website and unfortunately was unable to find a place to leave comments.



The woman I spoke to was LaShunda. I just have to say how very happy and satisfied with the way she handled my concerns and situation. She was very polite, respectful and listened contently to what I had to say.



I told LaShunda that my son and his fiance were due to have their first baby any day now.(they were already a week overdue) If I got a call from my son saying it’s time I would have to leave . I explained to her my concern was that I did not want your workers to make a wasted trip. Her response was wonderful. She explained to me the options I had. It just so happens that shortly after the employees from Central Mass Auto Auctions came to pick up my unwanted vehicle, my son called to say it’s time. The timing could not have been more perfect if we planned it.



I was an Office Manager for thirteen years before being laid off last august due to medical reasons, and I can honestly say that in those thirteen years there have been VERY FEW people I have talked to that have shown the care and respect that LaShunda have. You truly have a valued employee.

When I called

I had a price in mind the lady told me acurate, and honest information about my car they offered me more money than any of the other companies I called. They honored the 24 to 48 hours and paid me with a GOOD check on the spot!

THE LADDY THAT PICKED UP THE PHONE WAS VERRY RUDE AND TOLD ME I COULD ONLY GET 200$ FOR MY CAR I THEN TOLD HER I WAS THINKING ABOUT DONATING THE CAR WITH ANOTHER TOWER SHE SAID IT WAS A SCAM

I THEN CALLED JUNK A CAR BACK AND THAY GAVE MY 400$ CASH

I FELT REALLY LUCKY TO GET THE MONEY BUT MOST OF ALL I FELT AS IF I ALMOST GOT TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF IM AN OLDER WOMEN AND I THANK GOOD I DID'NT GIVE THEM MY CAR.

THESE GUYS SAY THEY HAVE BEEN DOING THIS SINCE 2009 THAT IS A LIE. I DID SOME CHECKING ON THIS COMPANY AND THEY ONLY BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR TWO MONTHS. THESE GUYS ARE SO BS ITS NOT EVEN FUNNY.
