I used Jupiter Bounce last weekend for my son's 5th birthday party. Everything was GREAT! The kids loved the 5 in 1 Combo Bounce House & the snow cone machine add-on was perfect for the hot weather. The owner & his assistant were so nice & personable. Jupiter Bounce helped make my son's birthday party something he will remember for a long time (he's already planning for next year). I'll be looking to see if there's a good picture to post. Thanks guys!!!

Thank you so much for your very professional service and Very clean equipment to start off the summer at our kids neighborhood "get to know you" party! Bounce house, dunk tank and sno-cone combo was a perfect suggestion! The owner was willing to risk the entire order due to unsafe conditions until we figured out another way. How many businesses would do that? Thanks so much. Will see you again.

";UNFORGETTABLE"You're right . I won't forget. If you have to run an extension cord greater that 50 feet the 100 ft cord won't pump air at full capacity. What you'll get is a useless bounce house that won't stay inflated where now Myself and the parents spend the time worrying about the safety of your 3 yr-7 yr old children getting suffocated because it's collapses on them and thery're trapped . The deflated bouncehouse inconvenienced my guests because they kept trying to keep the thing stable , If you don't want to stand at your breaker box to reset every 5 minutes. I spent the entire time trying to make this thing work ignoring my guests and MISSING out on a party that I spent weeks to plan to make this a great party for my son. I get a call suggesting maybe I have time in the middle of my party to go find a generator, or hey ask my neighbor. Then a call later saying Oh a generator just came available. REMEMBER, as soon as it's set up whether it works or not There are no refunds. Owner did nothing to rectify the situation except remind me that he said It may not run at full power on the100 foot cord. WOW!!......Of course I ranted on and on, and I felt he was UNPROFFESIONAL BY NOT OFFERING a monetary solution. He completely shut the line of communication down because I aired my dissatisfaction. He asked to let him speak, but all he kept saying was the same speel about the excuse as to why it wasn't staying inflated , but he did offer a generator.2 hours later. Really!!! the party just about over and it's starting to thunder....Why bother. And furthermore, if you want to have some added palmetto bug friends play with your children I would DEFINATELY RECONSIDER USING JUPITERBOUNCE.COM. Out of curiosity, I wonder when was the last time that thing was cleaned and Sanitized??. I Missed the whole party. I had not a minute to SEE , CELEBRATE or SHARE IN MY SONS 7th birthday. I CAN'T GET THAT BACK. Business ethics he should've at least offered something rather than Excuses for the inconvenience. I can't post my review without putting a star, but this business doesn't even warrant that.

I had reserved a 2 in 1 bounce house for my son's birthday party.... and on the day of the party, Steven, the owner, had called me saying that the bounce house was broken and that they could not deliver it. He also stated that there is one left but smaller and that I would have to drive from Port St. Lucie to Jupiter and pick it up. It was a complete mess. And to top if off, the bounce house was supposed to be here at noon..and they called @ 10:30am giving me 1 1/2 hours to find another location with a "working" bounce house. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone! It's been 1 week and I still haven't received my deposit.

If you want a GREAT place to get party rentals...go to All In Fun Inc in PSL...They were soo nice and had everyhting we needed...AND IT WORKED!!!!!!
