Awful!! Ordered from them one time. My loved one had not recieved their package as of 3.5 WEEKS later. I called and was told a couple snack items weren't there yet��������... So... You hold it for close to one month?!?! I even checked the "replace with a similar item if not available" box. I spoke to manager after holding for 1 hour. The entire time holding I was told over and over again. "Wait time is approximately 1 min. Manager gave me the run around and offered me 15% off a future order. As if there will be a future order! By the way, he NEVER received the package and this co will NOT return my calls or riemburse me. The best part is their slogan. "If it's not right, we will make it right!" WRONG!!! Shame on them! Do not use this company. They made a horrible situation for my family, that much worse. :(
