They advertised a $13.95/room special w/coupon, but stated nowhere in their ad that there was a $45 minimum, nor did he tell me that over the phone when I told him I only needed 2 rooms done. He also didnt tell me they would charge me extra because of size, even though I told him the room size.

They were late by 10-15 min, which was ok because I was also late, having driven across town in heavy rain. I arrived about 20 min after them.

They then told me about the $45 minimum, said they woudl charge me extra for the size of the family room, and also said the carpet was heavily soiled and would cost another $150 to clean,which wasnt true because afterwards I cleaned it myself with a basic rental cleaner from Home Depot.

I felt like I was being "hustled" by the cleaners, so I called the owner, and he rudely told me to "just get it done" and when I said I didnt want the deep cleaning, he started yelling he "would get his $150" and would send me a bill. I told them to leave, no work was ever done, yet this guy screamed over the phone at my fiance, saying he would "get his $150" one way or another, that we owed him $150 even though zero work was ever done. He then left me a message stating he would send us a bill for $200, since his guys had a "wait for us" even though they weren't on time either.

This company is a joke.
