I began helping people buy & sell real estate back in 2006 (yes, great time to get into real estate - right before the bust!) Although timing wasn't great, my expertise & knowledge helped me to excel and actually sell homes during the downturn. But really, what I do is more than help clients buy and sell homes or investment property. Homes are the most expensive investment most people will ever own (unless you own a ton of Alibaba stock) and I take that very seriously.
