I just used KB Electric for services for the first time today. We had an outlet issue occur over the weekend and called KB since they were a local company. They answered our call promptly, discussed our issue, and had a technician out first thing Monday morning. The tech was friendly, quick, and professional. Great first experience and will use this company in the future...definate recommendation to friends and family!

Keith is a godsend. Best electrician hands down. Our landlord sent 8 different people come into our office space to fix our heating - nothing worked. Needless to say, this spring winter summer what ever its called has been brutal and our patience was growing very thin.



Within less than an hour Keith identified the issue, gave us an in-depth explanation of what's going on and various ways he can fix it - long term and short term. He was able to get everything done for us quickly and within budget.



Beyond the fact that all of our heaters are actually working now, he was fast, clean and gave us suggestions for improvements to our electrical system



We'll never call another electrician again. Keith - thanks for everything! You're the best.

My wife called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for Thursday during the early afternoon. Her appointment time came and went, but nobody from KB ever called or showed up. If they didn't want the job, they shouldn't have made the appointment. I am very disappointed as I was hopeful after reading the other positive reviews.

Yo these guys where legit. I recently bought a house in South Philly on a quick sale. I knew they where going to be a few issues cause the home inspector was wack. The seller had some guys hide this Knob and Tube stuff that was suppose to be removed from the first inspection. I had my AC plugged in first week and everything kept blowing out every five minutes or so. I seen KB at the house down the street and got a card off the guy Will.

The next week when I got paid I had them come out n right away he showed me the Knob and Tube that was suppose to be removed I was ticked off man. Rewire all that stuff was too expensive at the time so they ran some dedicated lines so in the summer I use the AC and in the winter I can plug in a space heater which was cool with me. Everything world great n I will have them do my whole house when the monies right.

Hello all, I originally use Kb electric years ago to upgrade some wiring and decided to give them a shot with my HVAC issues. I nice representative answered the phone right away and Keith shortly returned my call (same guy from a few years back). The following day they came out and did a quick diagnostic on the system, turns out it was a electrical issue, LOL, was not a major repair so they young man fixed the problem at hand and moved along. Wish the best of luck to these folks, and hope their upbeat happy attitude remains for years to come. -jm

my AC stopped working, KB came out and reset a breaker, also gave a price to upgrade my system. I will consider the upgrade in the future, even though I didn't get really get any work done the service was great, a number to be saved.

AC unit stopped working, they came out quick and replaced the grey box on the side of the house, price was fair being an emergency..

KB Installed a duct less AC system on my second floor barn style loft and it ROCKS! There are still the typical lines that go out side, other then that you cant see anything.

I ordered a stove and needed to have my wiring updated. I called and was met with a pleasant and professional voice that set the bar for the overall experience. Will exceeded all of our expectations! He is extremely punctual, polite and an overall joy to work with. He installed a new connector and 3 wire receptable and gave us estimates for future work. I will be returning to KB Electric for additional work!

I had KB Electric install about 22 of the really small recessed lights, Keith used the "halo" type or something, regardless they are so cool, they are tiny and can be pointed in different ways to accent different items in our home. Very clean and professional. Price was pretty good too, they show up to work !!

Quick and reliable service is hard to come by, but KB did it! It's also hard to find workers who are friendly and personable. But these guys make you feel like you've known them for years, with their honesty and friendly personality. KB Electric got it done fast, efficiently, and most importantly, right the first time. I had more outlets installed in all the bedrooms and a TV mounted to my wall. Nothing is worse than having all of the electrical wires hanging below in plain sight below the TV. KB Electric was able to make certain no wires were showing and it required no mess at all with no big holes in my wall.



To sum it up, I would recommend KB Electric for even the smallest jobs around the house, and will definitely use them again for any big jobs I may have in the future.

I'm real picky and don't like strangers in my house, Kevin had me sold when he knocked on the door... VERY polite , very clean , and I just got a good vibe. The work was great I really only had few small things, Im more so happy I have a electrician for the future now.

I called KB for a second opinion and ended up having them do the job, they came in a few thousand dollars cheaper on a relatively basic residential job (200 amp service upgrade) Im not sure how the other company came up with their price but i'm glad I went with my gut instinct...

i received estimates from 4 companies and their prices were about half what others were charging. i got the work done right away. Thanks Keith!

I loved the two electricians they sent out. they were friendly and smart, and knew how to solve my issue immediatly. No more flipping through the yellow pages. I know who to call next time.

i called Keith at 1am on thursday night and he showed up in 25 minutes later. He installed a new service right then and there and got me power back to my home by 4am. i was so impressed, i recommended him to everyone i know!

THIS WAS THE FIRST COMPANY I CALLED. I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY ELECTRIC. KB WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL ON THE PHONE AS WELL AS DURING THE REPAIR. MY TECHNICIAN, KEITH, WAS UPFRONT REGARDING THE COST BEFORE STARTING THE JOB AS WELL AS LETTING ME KNOW WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS.

I WOULD DEFINATELY USE KB AGAIN.
