I was given pricing for full truck $470 and was told labor would be $170.00 on top of total load cost. The guys doing the work were great and extremely polite. When they were almost done (2 loads) I called the company to get a final on cost. The customer service rep said you have two loads and by the way we charge hourly for the labor and its $200 per hour. I said that 's not what I was told. CS rep says they worked 4 hours, my response is I'm not disputing this fact. How does $170 on top of load cost turn into $200 hourly?? The fact that the CS rep starts out with "by the way" says this is a regular occurrence. I asked if the laborers are being paid the entire $200 since they are charging customers Labor- $200? The CS rep informed me she didn't have an answer. I asked for a Manager, but was told Mr. Herbie Leon was unavailable & I would have to keep calling. The Labor workers were polite and professional however, I would never use this company again, they exploit their Labor.

I felt taken advantage of when I was charge $250.00 dollar extra to remove my sofa

from the patio sliding door instead of the frond door. The patio door was easier and closer to the dumpster. I feel it was dishonest extra charge since it was easier this way. I feel upset about it.

I think their customer service is just great. you can have a decent conversation with a nice guy about doing business. I found out about their service originally through Craigslist finding out they too have their ads on yellowpages, to help remove some items from one place to another. They told me what, where, and let me decide when. That is all I needed. And when I called them back about the details I needed, they responded post-haste! This is a nice and professional company. I would like to do business with them again later.

I work at a church in woodland hills. we had originally ordered a dumpster through waste management and when it came time to pick up the dumpster, they refused to do so because it was too heavy. after a few days they disregarded my calls unless i offloaded the dumpster. it was full of leaves and trash. of all the places i called, keep it clean was the only one that actually A) answered their phones and B) provided me with as much info as possible. this was our first time, so i'm very thankful that the young lady on the phone was polite and assistive of my needs. i'm thinking maybe from here on i go with a junk removal service instead of dumpster rentals...

Keep It Clean was the best option for our area. The foreman gave me a rate which I was exactly quoted for over the phone, so no surprises there! Anyways we had a bunch of old fitness equipment to get out of our garage that was taking up space. For some heavy stuff those movers did a great job on efficiency and speediness. Very resourceful, low rates, probably the best that I had found online.

RAISE THE ROOF! My wife insisted i leave them a review. We were so happy when we found out they were open after thanksgiving day, we had a ton of garbage to throw away from the garage, on top of the mess that was left behind from our feast. My wife annie called at around 8:45 in the morning, and someone was at our doorstep at 11:00, ready to get rid of the crud! The guys did an excellent and thorough job, it saved us so much time considering it was the holidays, and they left our garage spotless of trash and debris. Very grateful, thank you. let's talk about how awesome their customer service is. This young lady who answered the phone was simply and angel. She had a great voice, was very friendly, and even a little funny, but of course kept herself professional. It's great that you can establish that kind of business relationship even over the phone, I mean I was simply ordering junk removal services! She didn't put me on an un unnecessary hold and she pretty much gave me a thorough explanation of how their prices work. They charge by the volume. Pretty simple right? 1/4, 1/2 and full load. That's great for me, I don't have time to waste by having to wait for someone to come down and give me a price I may not like, they just give it all to you over the phone and be advised, the more questions you ask, the more of an understanding you'll have to make a better decision for your junk needs. Once we established a time and date, all that was left was to wait for the movers, which I gotta commend them on how hard they work whether it be rain or shine. Luckily for them it wasn't too bad of a hot day, but I had insisted on helping them a bit to make everyone's lives easier. Let me congratulate them on their timeliness, again, something I always look for. We had this scheduled between 10 AM and 12 PM and the guys arrived at about 10:45, so to me I still consider that early. Hector, i believe his name was gave me a friendly ring over the phone to let me know they were on their way, so I was able to get some stuff prepared for the big clean out. Once they arrived, they got straight to work! After several trips back and forth to the truck and about 90 minutes later, my garage was the cleanest I had ever seen since I had originally moved to the unit! Outstanding job these guys did, they did a bit of sweeping and organizing towards the end and didn't charge me for that bit of labor.

Great company... no problems, no crazy prices, good service from drivers and employees on phone. Have recommended to friends and family :)

I have to say to start that i'm really glad I called this company. It's a family-owned firm, and they really treat their customers respectfully and friendly. I called them when my grandmother passed away and we sold the house she was living in. This was a huge project, and not to mention delicate for the whole family. There was alot of labor involved, since we had to organize and sort through all the belongings that were staying and what was leaving. We set a date for the guys to come and that's where the real work began. The guys were very respectful and understood the delicacy of handling the belongings and went up and down a flight of stairs lifting and loading. Very polite, and speedy. I liked that alot. We were able to fill two truck loads in under two hours. At the last minute they also pulled out a huge armoire from the upstairs bedroom, very heavy but they got it done. My parents and I are very pleased with how thorough the service was and how affordable everything cost. The next time the need arises, I will be calling again...

Excellent services. I was a little bit skeptical about this company at first, but after trying them out i definitely recommend to anyone. They did a wonderful job cleaning out my fathers garage and tool shed in the back yard. We removed pounds of garbage, dusty piles of paper, rusted tools and other junk. We had a same day service scheduled and the moving men were polite and helpful. very respectful of our belongings, and once we closed job it was reasonable with the pricing. I could not find a better deal with another company even if i tried!

Organization is on point! These are the kind of guys who know exactly what they're doing and how to get the job done properly. I sent in an email once i visited their website, and had a rep call me about 20 mins after. Phone reps are very easy to talk to and ask questions from, so I ordered a junk removal service to clean out my basement in Malibu, and they turned that dusty old nightmare into a new play area for my kids. Everything was removed from boxes of crud, clothing, an old inflatable swimming pool, tons of paper...YOU NAME IT! It was all out of my house after 2 truck loads. The price was ridiculously cheap for the amount of junk removed from the basement, and they also did a bit of sweeping which was totally on the house. My kids and I are very happy with the extra space we now have. Going to be giving them a call next time to get rid of the crap in our attic. hah. :)

There's a wonderful sense of customer service that this company offers, and that's really hard to find when ordering from business now a days. They're all so very enthusiastic about their jobs. When I placed my appointment for have some stuff removed from the garage, they fitted me that same evening (call in the mornings, they'll squeeze you in!!!) guys arrived and made several trips back and forth but the job was done so quickly i was amazed with how much free time i had afterwards. Also, they didn't charge me extra for the bit of sweeping they did in there. Very happy and pleased with this company. The prices are very cheap too!!!

I used to hire people randomly to move some stuff out of my house when I couldn’t do it on my own, but some of the times they were unreliable and I didn’t want to continue putting money in the wrong hands. When I called for a quote I was a little upset that I hadn’t found out about these guys earlier! They cut me an incredible deal, and were very helpful.

I ordered their services a week ago for some assistance in cleaning out my attic and garage. I had years of accumulated crap just sitting around collecting dust, primarily a ton of heavy boxes and old appliances. After calling a few places around for quotes, keep it clean remarkably had the cheapest prices and they were the only ones who were able to do same day scheduling which i thought was a plus. Not that I needed them that same day, but it was something to consider for my next junk haul. We set our appointment for the following morning and the guys came right on time as said. I appreciated their respectfulness and friendliness and lastly their promptness to get the job done! They neatly packed everything in the truck and in as little as on hour I had a spacious, new vicinity to work with. Major appreciation, and i'm definitely going to call back soon for more junk!

Mary is great, I have used her twice, both times she could get to the chore at hand quickly in terms of scheduling, is professional and courteous and GETS THE JOB DONE! Sometimes I think I should own a truck to haul various things to and fro, but with Keep It Clean in my phone contacts, now I do! I had a large amount of yard waste that needed hauling ASAP from a tenant that left it behind, and the second time was to move some stuff across town. Thank you Mary, I am a dedicated fan and will definitely be a return customer.

I really appreciated the way the guys who came in worked. They gave me an estimate on the spot and I was surprised by the price, as it was actually reasonable and they went to work right away.

I was doing a little cleaning out of the garage when my back gave out on me. I decided to hire somebody to do it for me. These guys gave me a very good rate for the job as well as a very good service with it. They were punctual and did everything quick and easy.
