I was very impressed with the job the crew at Keller performed. Carlos showed me how the piping system works and how to remove the cleanout covers. My yard was left spotless. The bushes and rocks were returned to their original placement. When it rains, I am confident I will no longer have water seeping into the basement or garage.

As a recent customer of the Keller Waterproofing company, we were very pleased with the work completed in our basement and yard. We had a long standing leak in three areas of our basement and had received several estimates. Mr. Keller was very clear in explaining the process needed to resolve the proble, as well as providing a detailed estimate very quickly after his visit. I contacted this company for an estimate appointment for my residental waterproofing and was given an appointment 5 days out with a specific time for a representative to meet me. On my appointment date and time (10:00 am) - no one showed up and I called Keller Waterprofing after waiting for 15 minutes and the person that answered the phone acted as if "oh, well, let me find out what has happened, I will call the person that is to meet you and call you right back. Well, 30 minutes later Mr Keller called and stated that his employee had to take care of something and was running late and that he would have him call me right back. Well, 20 minutes later and 1 hour past my scheduled appointment time - the employee called me back and stated that we would need to reschedule because he had only been given this appointment scheduling this morning and that it would be an additional 2 hours before he could meet me!!!!! I explained to this employee that I had an appointment and that I should be shown the service of being out here for me. I then called Mr Keller back 1 hour and 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment and stated to him that his employee could not be there for an additional 2 hours. Mr Keller responded to me that he had instructed his employee to head towards my construction site and meet me. I feel this company dropped the ball on my apointment date and was trying to pay the game with me. I would be skeptic in dealing with a company that cannot keep up with appointments - how would they be in showing up for your scheduled work and if they will complete it!
