Recently my children & I moved to Marin, we found a wonderful home, in a great neighborhood which is close to their school. This was my first time buying a home, so I knew it was going to be a learning experience. Within 6 months of us moving in the heater and the air conditioner blew up! I thought this is going to be expensive and I hope I can find a company that won't try and take advantage of my inexperience in this field.



I was directed to a website that had only the best HVAC companies that the county could offer (this was a referral from a new neighbor). After 3 ridiculous bids and an offer for dinner. I went to yellowpages.com hoping I would find a local family owned company that was established and well known in the community.



I found Kelly Co. in San Rafael. I spoke with the owner Kelly and his partners Carl & Jeff. I told them what I had been through, and that I needed to take care of this issue in my home as soon as possible because I was really concerned that my girls and I might go through a winter without any heat.



They came to my home the next day and assessed the situation. I needed a new heater and air-conditioner for my home. The original equipment was over 30 years old and needed to be replaced. After 5 days they had finished installing the new heater & air conditioner. They took the time to explain how each of the units worked and that I was going to be receiving a rebate due the energy star equipment I purchased.



Thank you Kelly Co & staff you were honest, respectful, and did a wonderful job. Your company made sure that my home was going to be safe for my daughters & I. I can only hope that other families and businesses will be able to experience the outstanding customer service as I did.
