The work Rick does on my swimming pool is amazing. I became a weekly client last summer and LOVE it!! Every week Rick or one of his employees come and work on my pool. They check the pump, skim and vacuum the pool, balance the water and save me from having to do it. I just love this company. I referred him to many friends in Danvers and they are all very happy. I cannnot say enough about the quality of their work.

I received a flier offering 20% off for new clients living in Danvers. I called on Monday and, the owner was at my hoiuse the next day. He gave me a price that I could not believe and right there, scheduled a date to open my pool. I am blown away. I cannot wait for May 15th!!

Rick and his company have been caring for my pool since 2009. I had always taken care of the pool myself but due to a back injury and other health issues, could not continue to do so. By the time I talked to Rick I had been turned down by many other companies claiming not to work with Above Ground Pools. When Rick agreed to help me I was relieved as my grand kids LOVE that pool and visit often in the summer. He was even willing to add me as a "weekly" client meaning he would open and close my pool AND come out each week to insure the chemicals were correct and the pool was vacuumed and free of leaves and algae. Over the years he has never let me down and I cannot imagine hiring anyone else to take care for my pool.

Rick, Mike, Phil, Tommy, Mark, Jessie and all the guys deserve praise. All of Kelsey's employees are hard working and genuinely nice people. While they do a great job opening and closing my pool, their weekly service is what I appreciate above all. As a weekly client, I need not lift a finger. Each week, one of their pool technicians comes by the house to check the motor and liner to help avoid any "issues", review & update my chemical supply, vacuum and skim the pool and make sure the water is chemically balanced. Their work far surpasses what I could do myself and, after all, swimming Pools are meant to be enjoyed and the MA summers are TOO SHORT. I work too hard during the week to spend my weekends slaving to keep the pool clean. Kelsey's weekly servicing insures that I do nothing but enjoy the pool and that makes my summer more enjoyable!

Kelsey's Pool Service is a great company. They are dependable and courteous. I spoke with Rick today to order a liner and schedule a date for installation. It's March and already I can rest assured that my pool will be open and swimmable by May 15th. He and his team of technicians are polite, funny and a pleasure to be around. I met Rick about 10 years ago when my pool had a leak. I saw Kelsey's Pool on the side of a van parked out front of my neighbor's house and ran over to plead with him to come have a look. He agreed and while I was sure that it was going to cost me a lot of money, he was able to locate and fix the leak without replacing my liner - an expense I could not afford.I called him to schedule my opening and when he asked if I'd be willing to write this review I jumped at the chance. Kelsey Pool Services is amazing! They are unlike any Pool company I have worked with in the past in that they are reliable and cost efficient. I live in Danvers and began working with Kelsey Pools 5 years ago. The company I had been using failed to return my voice mails from April & when they finally did call me, on May 12th, they said their 1st available date was June 20th!!!! I declined and asked for referrals on Facebook. A good friend of mine PM'd me with Kelsey's phone number & the next day Rick had visited my house and his price saved me over $100.00! My pool was opened & kids were swimming that weekend!I have referred many friends & each time I get a call or email thanking me. I hope you read this review and contact Rick. No need to thank me.

Kelsey Pools is the best pool servicing company anywhere!! I have lived in Danvers since 1986 and hired many local companies to open and close my pool. In 2004, after years of cycling from one unreliable company to the next, summer to summer, I was referred to Kelsey's Pool Service by a friend who raved about their work and customer service. Though skeptical after years of paying THOUSANDS of dollars to (no less than) 10 local pool companies, dealing with unanswered voice mails, chronic scheduling delays & unreliable service, I reluctantly picked up the phone. To my astonishment, a person answered!! This was a surprise but, my SHOCK came the next day when,, Rick Seward, the owner of Kelsey's Pool Service arrived to view my pool and offer me a price quote for the opening. Not only was Rick very polite and accommodating, his price was 25% lower than his competitors!! I hired him & scheduled a date for the open. He arrived on time on the scheduled date and my family was swimming within a day or two. Of course, I was impressed enough to hire him for the closing and have worked with Kelsey's Pool Service ever since.Over the past 13 years, Kelsey's Pool has NEVER raised their rate for open/closings and saved us a fortune on maintenance. Five years ago, when our motor died, my wife searched the internet for pricing and visited every pool supply company in a 10 miles radius... when she was done and had located the BEST PRICE, I called Rick. His quote for the motor + installation was 30% cheaper than the best price my wife had found from his competitors. That trend continued when we needed to upgrade to a "Safety cover" and most recently, two years ago when we hired them to supply and install our new liner.it is my pleasure to write this review as I can think of nobody that deserves it more.
