In 2004 Mr. Kennedy installed a Kenmore stainless steel dishwasher in the kitchen. I was impressed with his cleanliness from start to finish. His knowledge of construction and how extremely pleasant he was. I would like to thank the company for doing an exceptional job. A year later, I was having problems with the dishwasher and called Mr. Kennedy to come out to see what the problem was. Again his company was able to troubleshoot the problem and fix my dishwasher. On his way out he noticed my garage door was slightly off the hinge and fixed it without saying a word. When my husband came home I thanked him for fixing the door and he said he didn’t. I called Kennedy Quality Homes and asked if someone bent the hinge back into place and my response was “I saw it was off the frame and so I bent it back into the correct shape, made sure it shut correctly and left. Is there a problem?” I said no problem and a big thank you. I don’t know anyone who would take such pride in their work as he did on that day. A big thanks from all of us at the Tully household.

I have seen several of the jobs that Kennedys quality Homes has done and I'm seriouly impressed. The professionalism, quality, and knack for easing your concerns are things that you want from a contractor. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area that they service. Unfortunately I'm back in New York and cannot get them to come up here!

Mr. Kennedy came to my home in 2001 and installed over head lighting (construction terms “high hats”) down my hallway. I had a preconceived idea of how I wanted the lighting to be installed. After speaking with Mr. Kennedy I realized that “my vision” and how lights work are two different things. There are several things to consider when doing home improvement projects and I didn’t realize this until Kennedy Quality Homes came into my house and treated the project like it was their home. Since this encounter with the company I found it important for others to know not really about lighting but more important about a professional job that you will have to live with. I guess that’s why I hired a profession al company because in the end I received a quality job. If I had someone else come into my home and put the lights where I wanted I might not be a happy homeowner today. I extend to all consumers to really think about the next home improvement job you do and then hire Mr. Kennedy for excellent service, unparalleled expertise and friendly courteous construction services. I would not want you to say in the end “I should have hired a professional” hire one today hire Kennedy Quality Homes. Competency, experience, scope and price are very important, however if courtesy, respect, punctuality and the ability to communicate are not part of the contractor's "package" the job will not be FIVE STAR.

KENNEDYS QUALITY HOMES HAS RECENTLY RENOVATED MY KITCHEN AND 2 OF MY BATHROOMS. EXCEPTIONAL WORKMANSHIP... PROFESSIONAL, PUNCTUAL, AND MOST IMPORTANTLY REASONABLY PRICED. IF I HAD TO DO THIS ALL OVER AGAIN I WOULD CHOOSE NO OTHER. I WOULD ALSO RECCOMEND THEIR WORK TO ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS.
