Hire someone else. The work was slow & very unprofessional. The subcontractors he hired are 'buddies' that really aren't qualified or just don't care about the quality of work. It's been several months & many things still aren't corrected. The plumbing pipes were changed and blocked a door...the solution...they cut off 4 inches from the top of the door so it would close. The drawers on the 'new vanity' never did work, they fall off track & now they're so jammed they won't open or close. AND the vanity is 5 inches from the toilet so it's impossible to remove the drawers to fix them & difficult to sit on the toilet. The 'new sink' takes 15 minutes to drain. None of the woodwork has mitered corners, it's blunt to blunt end. While the new wiring is wonderful, the wiring in some rooms is run up the wall in a metel tube with an outlet that sticks out 3 inches from the wall. I've seen new plugs/outlets sunk flush in concrete yet these are just screwed to the outside of wood & drywall. Too many things to mention were going to be 'taken care of' & never were. Get everything in writing & check references!
