my car broke down on my way home from Muskegon to Detroit on Friday evening. I was fortunate enough to roll off the ramp and limp into the Keusch parking lot. These guys took care of me like I was family. I can not thank them enough for their outstand service!!! I will be going way out of my way to do b usiness with them in the future and most highly recommend them.

We were heading from Lansing to Muskegon when the tread of the tire blew off on the freeway. We pulled off the freeway an started calling tow companies. All the other companies were going to take hours to get to us and it was already 830pm and we still had another 1.5 hours to drive. We were referred to Keusch's and they were there with used tires ( they offered us the option of brand new and used ) within 15 minutes. The worker was amazing. Very speedy (like lightning, I swear) and efficient. He did things precise and made sure everything was done right. The service definitely was SUPER! Thank you Keusch's. Our worker was Devon and he was friendly and personable. And the prices are great as well. If we are ever in the area again and need your services, we will definitely be calling. Thank you, thank you, and thank you!

Bob Ward is awesome and very friendly. He will go out of his way to help you out and take care of what you need. Great business in a small town!
