As a woman with several children with me as my car quit and left us sitting beside the road I was nerous and to say the least very affraid. But as I called information and got the number to this wonderful tow company, I uneasy feels where put to rest. First the lady disbater was so understandy of my situation, maybe she has kids and has been in the same boat, but whatever she took my information and told me to stay in the car with the doors locked because I was on a road out of town and no houses I could see. She instructed me to stay on the line while she called the driver. Then she came back to me and told me a driver was on his way and would take me and the kids home before taking my car to the local repair shop. With 10 to 15 minutes a very nice gentleman dressed in a white dress work shirt idetifing his company logo and his name on the front put me at ease. He was very nice to me and my kids, helping us into his tow truck before loading my car. This was a very scary night for me but the staff at Goodyear Towing was a lifesaver for me.
