On my husbands way back to Knoxville after hiking a mountain in Gatlinburg, TN my husband pulled over at a Welcome Center, because he was having a heart attack. He had to be airlifted back to Knoxville. I was with my daughter in her apartment having a severe reaction to my chemo treatments. Kings Towing came to the rescue. Within a couple of hours, they had our vehicle back at the apartment including the delivery of his backpack and wallet! They were angels during a very dark and stressful time! We can't begin to thank you enough!

My car broke down on a very cold evening, other tow services (according to my autoclub) would take 4 hours to come to me. I am in a wheelchair and walk very little, not only did they get to me in 35 minutes but when they got me to my home the driver helped me to my front door as the snow had refrozen before I finally got home. If I ever need a tow again these people are the first people I will call and will ask my autoclub to call them first!

I love it I was stressed out about my car broke down on the side of the road

But It didn't last long

They show up real quick

And made my day with quality service they provide me with and fixed my car for reasonable price too

I got locked out of my car late on a saturday nite out....kings towing sent someone out..the service was fast, VERY affordable and professional...the serviceman was very courteous....I will definitely use their services again as well as make recommendations to others for this service!!!

Kings Towing was a great towing experience, he was on time and was very nice and helpful. He took very good care of my car like it was his own car.. and the service was great. Great towing service. Friendly, customer-centric company. Fast towing at good prices. No funny business. For the situation I was in (car died on the interstate) I actually enjoyed the experience. Rick is great!
