The show's call-in format is about home repair, problems and remodeling. Kitchen Options of New England was started when K-Mart bought Sears, and their entire business philosophy changed at Sears. Ray decided that quality of craftsmanship at a reasonable price was still important to people who needed their kitchens updated or remodeled. He was right!
