Where do I start? Car left me sit on 662. Called KMK at 6pm. The rude woman told me that the guy was out and even though her husband was sitting there he no longer tows at night. Told me they wouldn't tow my car until the next day. What was I supposed to do sleep on the side of the road? And this is a AAA towing business. What is AAA thinking. This is now a place I won't call even if it is my last resort.

the woman who handles dispatch and takes the calls is very unpleasant and rude. Accused me of nasty things with her husband because it took him longer to change my tire than she thought it should take. I have heard other complaints about her and now I know why. Stay away from this business
