Contacted Rob Knoeppel to finish demolition and cleanup on a huge old farmhouse that was on a property I bought two years ago. Let me tell you from experience: Without an excavator and dump trucks, it quickly became insanely time consuming and labor intensive. I quickly was reminded that I am in my 50s. Got 3 bids, of which Rob was the best bid. House was 2800 sq/ft+! Rob was done within a week and am very pleased with the job. Other than the fresh dirt where the house once stood, the house dissapeared. Rob and his crew worked hard and quickly got the job done at the most reasonable cost I could find. When you consider the time without the proper equipment, I wonder what I was thinking starting this myself! I would highly recommend this company. Rob and his guys were professional and very capable. And as a added bonus, he delivers coal at a lower price than I was paying. Highly recommend you give them a call for a bid.
