Thrilled with our experience with Kobussen. We booked at the last minute and they were so accommodating to our group. Our driver, Bill, was fantastic! He contacted me directly a few days before the trip to confirm the pick up time and location. When we boarded the bus, he was so helpful getting our things loaded and had all the directions and GPS loaded with our destination. He stayed with our things when we had to be away from the bus and was genuinely interested in our group and our event. We could not have been more pleased with the service from Kobussen. We will definitely use them again when booking a trip.

first off , i have used kobussen motor coach for the last 4 years for brewer baseball games, that is where i met christie, our driver, she made sure we got to our games on time , when the games were over , all of our grills were cleaned and stashed away for us . our coolers were organized, and she knew where everything was for our convience. this august 2011 i chose kobussen trailways again for a 6 night trip to memphis for elvis week.this is the first time i have organized a venture like this. i requested christie, let me say she set the bar so high, no other company will ever get my business. above and beyond , the service the ride , indescribale.i want to thank the staff , ruth and larry and the rest of the kobussen family , my group trip to memphis was an extreme pleasure and i am happy to say i have already booked for 2012 for 8 nights in memphis with our driver christie and kobussen trailways
