I needed an oil change for my car, called at 2:00 p.m. and got an appt for 3:30 p.m. The service dept was very prompt, the staff was motivated & knowledgeable. They were very busy, but they handled the flow very well. The oil change and replacement of the cabin filter took less than 50 min from the time I pulled into the garage and the time I left. Very happy with the service!

After being jerked around everywhere I went I stopped into Koehne and was immedietly greeted and taken care of. Their sales consultant Kyle Johnson gave me the reassurance I needed to make one of my best purchases yet Cant thank him enough! 5 stars, wont do business anywhere else!!!!!

Worst ever service department. My brand new vehicle looks like crap because of the issues with the way the apply the paint protectant and the fabric protectant. Spray on the windows that won't come off and swirls and spots in the paint. They have not fixed it in three years and the last straw was with taking it back for acid rain. They had it two weeks and still not done. Lies and deceit. Ask me for the details from the last three years. kamps05 hotmail com
