They need to fire Vince he's the worst tow truck driver in the world. I cannot understand why someone that slow has the ability to tow anything let alone people and their vehicles. I will never call them again. I don't care how easy their telephone number is. Negros be lying. Said he was going to pick me up, showed up four hours later with coney island slurping on his drink!! Seriously I am a single female WHITE and was in dangerous neighborhood! Sick of the shade!!! Do yourself a favor and call AAA!
