I was in an accident and had to be taken to the hospital. This company took my car to the impound lot because it was not drivable. After I got out of hospital I call this company to get my car to the body shop and the very rude person who answered the phone told me that I need to pay $300 cash before they can take the car to the body shop. So I paid them hoping to get the money back from the insurance company but this company billed my insurance company exactly the same amount and got paid from them too. Now insurance company won't pay me because they say they have paid the tow company. And this company just hangs up the phone when I try to talk to them. I tried to call them several times and they told me do what ever the f*** you can do. They just made $600 for less than 10 miles of towing. I got one advice for them believe in karma!. And people be very careful they will rip you off. They will take your money and bill your insurance for the same service.
