Cashier was not trained on EFS. Our account was charged for 808.00 on two credit cards. We even called and had the approval for the first card, had to even tell the attendant Billy what his own stores EFS number was. We were there for over an hour and we tried nicely to help billy, but there was no helping this computer challenged guy, we even had to show him where the manual was next to the register. Did I mention we had to look the number up to credit card company. He had no clue, we tried to help him nicely till he started making rude comments, but we were trying to hold our tongue. Finally after an hour after the company credit card was charged, we had to pay again 808.00 on our personal credit card. Now after my husband being an hour late to location was so frustrated, what I have to say to the manager is very poor management skills, he should have reviewed his store video tape and waited till they closed their cashier out before totally being rude to us, because he will see once they close out they are over 808. So to all you truckers fueling with EFS cards Do not go to this place it was a nightmare and will be a pain to fix their mistake.
