Multiple delays, over 3 1/2 hours wait for a truck that NEVER showed up. No call 5 minutes prior to coming. Went to wrong address. No follow-up call from dispatch. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Did they have a bad day? Yeah, ME TOO!

I have used Kwik Response Towing three times, and dealt with 3 different technicians, and each incidence was dealt with quickly, in a very professional manner, and was informative for me as the owner of the RV serviced. Kudos to Kwik Response Towing! I would use this company again for sure!

This company is terrible. They hire unprofessional, uncaring people. They guy pulled my car up from the back after I told him that it's a low car and will drag. He did it anyway and cracked my bumper. After I pointed it out to him that my bumper did not have a crack in it and you could obviously see with the fresh scratch marks, he called in the office and said that it was already there. The owner of the place denied any responsibility and left a customer to repair the damages. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! There are way too many options out there to take the risk. Trust me!!!

The owner (Dan) was the most kind person! He was there in under 5 minutes when my Jeep stopped running. He was very helpful and polite! It is refreshing to know there are people like Dan out there with integrity!!
