No customer service if a member has any issues. Everyone is willing to sell a membership but not willing to cancel membership. The Operation Manager, Personal Training manager and the sale Manager customer service is horrible! Will get lied to in front of your face! Managers won't be able to explain their own membership agreement. Just stay away from this place they will lie and rip you for your money and you won't even know it. How can you purchase personal training for a manager who's out of shape? How can you trust a sales manager when is untrustworthy and just looking for a sale, will lie about having special rate. Don't trust those forks just bad business!

Just remember no contract just 12 months agreement. Isn't that a contract? Sales managers will use special verbiage seem like you're getting a great deal but you're not!

Do your research before walking in into La fitness and those sales reps won't stop calling you either and text message.
