Lake Ridge Auto Care was established in 1999 and is located at 4245 Seeton Square in Woodbridge, Virginia. Our location has been named 'Best of Prince William County' a total of 10 times including the last 5 years consecutively. The manager of this location, Adam Jones who, along with his 33 committed employees, are equipped with the technical know-how and skill to assist our customers with any of their vehicles new tire purchase and automotive repair needs. We are conveniently located across the street from several local restaurants and shopping areas; including Panera Bread and McDonalds, the Chinn Center, and directly behind the Exxon station at the corner of Parkway and Old Bridge Road. Our customers can drop off their vehicle and wait with us in our customer waiting area or go have lunch or visit the CAFC. Additionally, if you need to drop your vehicle off with us and still make it to work on time, our shuttle service with dedicated vehicles can get you there. I have been going to Lake Ridge Auto for years and have been completely satisfied every time. Now when I come in I’m even greeted by staff personally. They always explain every detail about my car service in a way that I can understand and I trust their opinions and recommendations. Great customer service!

LR Auto Care is the best place to take your vehicle for repair. From technical proficiency to customer service, they are the best at what they do. I have taken my vehicle here for over 3 years and have found them to be trustworthy, affordable and timely with their service. Do not go anywhere else in NOVA. You will not be let down!!!

If I could give negative stars...

If I could give negative stars, I would. I have had two vehicles come in to this facility. The first, they replaced my thermostat, which didn't fix the problem I came in for, and replaced my serpentine belt. I drove out to find my air conditioning suddenly didn't work. (This after paying nearly $1000 for service.) I took the car back to see what was wrong. They wouldn't look at it unless I paid them another $150. I took the car to another facility and the first question they asked after looking at it was, &amp;quot;did someone replace your serpentine belt recently? Hmmm. The second vehicle went in for issues they said would cost a fortune to replace. Had the vehicle towed to the dealership, which fixed the issue for about $500 less than the Lake Ridge quoted price. If you like your money and like your car running, it would be better to look elsewhere.

Update: Just took the vehicle that had the thermostat and serpentine belt replaced to a another shop. The thermostat housing was cracked and thermostat needed replaced - of course this is shortly after lake ridge auto supposedly replaced it. I just love throwing $1000 in the garbage. Thanks Lake Ridge Auto!

Mr. B, I am sorry that you have not had positive experiences with our company. We pride ourselves on our work and they way we stand behind it. I don't know if you have had the opportunity to talk to Adam our store manager but we would like to sit down and review all of your invoices with you. If your thermostat was bad again after we replaced it is still under warranty and our we would have replaced it at no charge to you. Please give me or Adam a call so we can schedule a time to sit down.
