I brought in my daughter's troop vest to have patches sewn on. They charged me over $7 a patch totaling over $100.. When I went to pick it up, I was horrified. The threads were sewn into the design of the patch and not kept on the edges, thread was poking through the patches. The lady said it was very difficult to sew them on. When dropped it off, I thought they new what they were doing. NOT!

I contacted a friend who knew more about sewing patches and she said the same thing, If they the took the job, they should know how to sew on the patches. She said on oddly shaped patches you do not follow the lines of the patch, you sew on the straight sides until it is secure and you use clear thread for multi colored patches. To top it off, the handed me my daughter's vest wadded up in a used plastic grocery bag. Not pressed and hung.

I asked them to redo some of the patches. I have yet to pick it up but I doubt they were able to improve on the workmanship because they do not know what they are doing!!!



Stay away, they will eventually go out of business because they are rude people too.

I am a regular customer to this store... First of all, they do so much for a

such a reasonable price.

They do Embroidery, Engraving, Vinyl shirts, Photo transfers and

all from their location within the same day sometimes within an hour.

Very helpful and knowledgeable crew.

I was a customer when they were a cart in the mall now they are a full

store. So much variety and such good customer service!!

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I order a t-shirt with a picture on the front, one sentence under the picture and a name on the back. The shirt was of very poor quality. The font was different sizes from one line to the next and the name on the back was giant. They make you pay when you place your order and refused to refund me the $43 I paid, stating they were not Walmart. The man yelled at me and walked away, he was angry that I wanted to return the shirt. The man and woman working there both stated I was wasting there time. I found another place to make the shirt for half the price and with better customer service and better quality. I DO NOT RECCOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYWAY.
