Provided by SuperpagesI purchased a used car from this dealership in June of 2012. I thankfully purchased the warranty insurance because my car has been in for repair 4 times. An extra $1000 in deductibles. Out of the 1st 3 visits the air conditioning was checked and cleared twice by mechanics with an intermittant but, consistent issue (the AC was not checked on visit 2), but the incorrect set belt was installed on this visit. The service rep did witness the issue the last time the car was taken for service and said that if it was the same issue that they should take care of the deductible. The dealership was unable to fix the issue so they sent the car to the Lincoln Dealership to correct the issue. It was completed in a few hours. The Lincoln dealer called to tell me the car was complete but they had not heard from the Jag dealer to get payment. The next day I was told after meeting with the service manager that the deductible was my responsibiltiy. The purchase was easy, the service unacceptable
