We had them install our front yard sprinkler system before the new flower beds were planted. In spite of clearly marking the planned locations of bushes using flags, they installed many of the heads in a location that either only waters one bush or waters nothing at all. We paid for the rain sensor, which for some reason they installed in our dog yard. They had barely 'finished' the job when my dog had chewed throw the sensor wire, setting off an alarm. I know that the sensor is usually installed at the gutter. When I called to let the manager know they had done poor work and that the sensor was installed in the wrong place, he started yelling at me on the phone! He said that he would charge for a whole new sensor to move it to the correct location at the gutter. Eventually, they came out and fixed the sensor wire - for another $35!
