Had sand delivered for pool.It was hard to get in touch with them by phone, never got a call back when they said they would. When sand was delivered we handed our check to the driver. About a month later we received a bill in the mail.My husband called first thing in the morning asking why they sent a bill and why they had not cashed the check yet. Debbie said she'd get with the driver and would call back. We waited until the end of the day and called them back. Driver still had the check. Had to wait several more days for them to cash the check. were told we'd be getting a paid invoice by email.....still waiting to receive it to this day! Very unreliable!

Great intentions, however timeliness is an issue! The owner in his initial visit was fantastic; however, since the time of that visit (07 Sept 11), I've had difficulty contacting and/or getting the owner to follow through with providing me with an estimate of the work to be done. I've contacted his receptionist on two different occassions, including today; however, this is proving to be an exercise in futility. Because the design proposal was so intriguing...I am willing to wait to a little longer in hope's that I will hear from him in the "NEAR" future. I realize that I am not the only customer...however, communication would be nice and would let me know when and if this job can be completed! If timeliness isn't an issue...then this business will fit your bill!

Ok...Let me start by saying please do not go with these guys. I scheduled to have a quote done on a irrigation system and was there at my house at the scheduled time. The guy was 2 hours late and did not even apologize !! Then he gave me a quote for my yard. I had quotes around the 3800-4000 dollar range. He quoted me at $ 8600 !! Please do some research and save your money.

they are horrible to deal with...when they screw it all up, they won't even take your calls. DO NOT hire these people to do work for you. they are a waste of space.
