I believe my Wheaton Terrier was abused by a groomer. My old groomer left town and I went searching for a new groomer. Within 5 minutes the new groomer called me to let me know the dog was having a panic attack. She would not allow a new groomer to touch her again. After attempting to find a groomer who would work with her slowly to gain her confidence, a friend recommended Susan. At first, Daisy would not allow Susan to touch her. (Susan must have smelled like a groomer). Susan would come to the house and sit on the floor and pet Daisy, give her treats and just talk with her. We did this for 3-4 sessions and then Daisy allowed Susan to trim her, but only her rear quarters. As Susan continued to work with Daisy, she was able to groom more and more, until the point that Daisy jumps into the grooming truck and onto the table by herself.

I have tried many groomers and Susan is simply, the best. She does a fantastic job with my Yorkie - who gives her a "kiss" each time before she leaves. Susan is a professional - on time, listens to your requests, offers suggestions, top-of-the-line mobile van, and takes her time to make your pet feel and look great. We've received many complements on my Yorkie's cut and I fully recommend Susan to anyone looking for a HIGH QUALITY mobile pet groomer.

I whole-heartedly recommend Susan to anyone who loves their pets. My Mollie had a hard time with groomers. She was always afraid to go get groomed; she’d whine all the way there. I was getting desperate since her fur is so hard to work with. I saw the review on the yellow pages and so I decided to give her a try. What a difference! My Mollie has never looked better and she actually enjoyed the time. Susan is so attentive that Mollie was very relaxed. Susan has groomed Mollie twice now and I have no plans to look for another groomer. Why look once you have found the right one. Susan’s van is great and she did not have to plug into my house for water or electricity and the second time she actually went to my work place! What a convenience. Do yourself a favor and call Susan for your pet’s comfort and your peace of mind.

Susan has been grooming my dogs for about a year now. She does a wonderful job! It's so obvious that she takes great pride in what she does. She uses the best products and techniques and my dogs always look and smell wonderful for weeks. I have used many groomers in the South Bay area over the past 10 years, but none have done such a great job that I would stop shopping around for a better one. Well, I can tell you now that I will be loyal to Susan as long as she is in business and I have animals that need grooming.

This Groomer was recommended to me by a friend and I could not be happier I chose to go to her. Susan has got to be the best that has ever groomed my dogs and cats. Susan provides the best and the most comfortable service that I have ever experienced. She has over 25 years experience and it really shows in her loving, caring and meticulous work on my babies. She uses the best products and is very reliable and always on time. I would, without hesitation, recommend Susan for any grooming and even pet sitting.
