We needed roadside assistance last night. Our insurance company dispatched Larry's to us. They told us it would be 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, our insurance company called Larry's again and were told it would be another 15 minutes. A half hour later, Larry's still had not shown up. On the third phone call to Larry's, no one answered the phone. Another company was dispatched to us and was there to assist within 20 minutes. Larry's was a complete no-show within the two hours we waited on the side of the road.
