I came in for help with a hormonal acne breakout that I could not get to resolve. All the staff were caring, comforting, collaborative and thoughtful. They listened carefully to my skin issues and I felt really understood and in capable hands. I received facial and I can see improvement. I am really excited to progress with the treatment plan they have for me. In terms of integrity, warmth, and genuine concern from the staff I don't think I can do better...add to that the fact that they offer very current laser and light therapies...this place is a real find.

I am giving this place less that 1 star. their sales rep is very very pushy and the i lipo gives no results!!!! All these positive reviews are definitely the staff and owner.....I did it and saw NO results at all and spent over 1k!!!!! I bought a Groupon special to only find out when you get there that you have to do 8 visits total to see any results, which i did and saw none!!! Its a scam. They make you sign a contract wthout knowing that there are NO GUARANTEES

I had never heard of Laser Gentle until I saw them on Groupon. They were running an incredible deal for I-Lipo, which I had already heard a lot of great things about. I was psyched! I was also pleased when I arrived for my first appointment and saw that the spa was beautiful, very clean, and all of the staff greeted me with smiling faces. I just finished my series of the I lipo this past week and lost a total of 8.4 inches on my abdomen, so happy! I also tried one of their Hydrafacials, my skin was so soft and hydrated after, I will definitely be going back for more. I would most definitely recommend Laser Gentle to everyone!

I visited Laser Gentle last week for a facial, and was so impressed. The location is beautiful, very upscale. The staff was courteous, and professional, and my facial was super relaxing. My skin has never looked better!! I t was my first experience with a medical spa, and I can't wait to try the other services that they offer!!

Before I start Laser Gentle. I was so shy and I was feeling like I was losing my trust to my self. but they put me back to the life. Thank you for lipo laser treatment!

I am so sensitive and clean person whenever I go has to be clean. finally I found a place like my home!! Really clean. They givinf me coffee, water and kind of service I want they are so nice. I wish all spa;s and bussinesses like this place.

When I had my first scar removal treatment I didnt see any big difference but after second and third I am like a brand new person. It really worked.

What can I say? They quarantee me that I can lose 12 inches after 8 treatment! I LOST 15 INCHES WITH THEIR MACHINE THIS IS AMAZING!!!!!!!

The only bad thing I have to say is that I've never heard any establishment tell the truth about the pain. It hurts like HELL! Don't do this if you can't handle pain. Have them give you a couple free zaps to see if you can handle the pain BEFORE you agree to buy a package of treatments. I have had three treatments from Laser Gentle in Waltham. I also get laser hair removal at Dr. Russo's in Newton and All in One Laser in Newton. With Laser Gentle I am shocked by the results. It's also the least painful out of the three. I get good results with all three places but I'm amazed. I bought 6 treatments from Groupon and I've had three so far. There's barely any hair left. I do always see the same tech and I tip well. Pain tips= klonopin (seriously) taken at least 1 hour before treatment, 800mgs of ibuprofen taken 2 hours before treatment, and during treatment I tense all my muscles to get through it. It's a great work out and the techs all say that I tolerate pain better than most. I will say that this place LOOKS amateur but my results are great and my tech is great. I did a lot of reading reviews before I purchased my Groupon. They don't hustle me for money like some reviewers are saying. In fact I seem to be paying less. I bought the large area groupon and added a medium area in the "spa" but they are only charging me for a small area... trust me this medium area is a big medium LOL soooo I'm not experiencing the "upsell" hustle that other reviewers are talking about. I do tip well though. They're funny about tips because legally this is a medical treatment and aren't supposed to take tips so I practically have to force it on my tech.

Great and the ambiance is awesome

This place is really the ONLY spot in ACTON,MA to get your body hair zapped off. They are incredibly professional, and they do a damn good job. In case you've been living on the moon, laser hair removal hurts WAAAYY less than any sort of waxing and it's incredibly fast. The staff at Laser Gentle is super nice and they're fantastic about making and changing appointments (sometimes last minute), which is critical for me because, you know, sometimes other stuff comes up that's more important than burning off the hair on your hooha. Pricing is about the same as the other places I looked at, maybe a tad higher, but it's totally worth it. The ambiance is great, and they make you feel totally comfortable. I always see plenty of guys here as well. Seriously, go here and you will be very happy!
