I don't know about these other two guy's,but my experience with Lav's auto body couldn't have been better. They contacted the appraiser and the claims agent did a great job on the car and it was completed in 4 or 5 days. They even helped with a little payment mistake from the insurance company and Dennis stayed late on a Friday so we could pick up the car. It was completely detailed inside and out and the customer service was GREAT! Dennis is a super nice guy and a straight shooter in my book! I highly recommend him.

Sent my truck for a complete paint job, agreed upon $4,000 and they seemed like great guys, truck was there 2 hours before they called and said its more work than we thought, and raised the price $1,000, fine, was suppose to be completed in 2 weeks, after being led on countless times about how they needed "a few more days" i got it back, 6 weeks later, a run in the clear coat and a few other imperfections that i should had made a stink about but i needed my truck back, there where a few parts missing they blamed me for, saying i took those parts off before dropping it off, found those parts under the seats, and even a wiper blade under the hood, 3 months later the paint chips very easily and i feel as if they completely took advantage of me because i was a young kid with cash. I would never go back
