5 stars for winning a case for me! He fought hard for me and won. I contacted him again to help a relative with PennDot issues, and he came through again. He kept telling us not to worry, he'll take care of everything, and he did. Very intelligent, highly compassionate. In both of our cases, he addressed all of our concerns, explained the legal processes, and we both had favorable outcomes due to his dedication. I highly recommend.

I give one star to this guy because zero is not possible. Mr Sciulli, whom I paid a $375 retainer to prepare my husband's and my wills almost one month ago, is beyond incompetent. After calling him multiple times over three weeks for updates on the status of these will documents, which were supposed to require ONE week to prepare per Mr S, I have heard almost every excuse in the book re: why they are not done - computer virus, printer problem, email issues, etc. On two specific dates - last Thursday and yesterday - Mr S "promised" delivery of said wills. He would literally drive them over to my house. Needless to say, he still has not shown up. Upon calling last night - notice that he did not call me to let me know that delivery was NOT happening despite his promises - I heard yet another sob story about his printer. (Amazingly, 3 of the 4 documents printed, but he just cannot get the final one to print!) Funny how capable he was at cashing my check. Do NOT waste your time and money on this "professional".
