Jeff asked all the important questions about my marriage of twelve years. I did not have to sell my house, or my truck. He negotiated a fair settlement with her attorney. Also in the time frame Jeff said it would take.

I first retained Mr. Goldblatt's services to handle a divorce for me. He was the best I could have hoped for. His capacity to understand what I wanted from my divorce as well as to take the emotional well being of my children into consideration made all the difference. He knew what I wanted from the divorce and how concerned I was about the effect on my kids. Through his many consultations with the court as well as my ex's attorney, he was able to resolve all outstanding issues of my case. Whereas before hiring Mr. Goldblatt communication between myself and my ex were tense at best, the termination of my marriage was able to be resolved in a manner that caused the least emotional upset to all parties involved. Mr. Goldblatt will not only work hard for what his client needs and wants, but will do this in such a way as to avoid as much needless drama and emotional upset as possible. At the time my divorce case began, I had been out of work for over six months due to a disability and decided to apply for Social Security Disability. I did not need to shop around for an attorney as I knew Mr. Goldblatt also handled these types of cases. It only took six months for me to be approved. I can't thank Mr. Goldblatt enough for handling these matters for me. If I hadn't hired such a wonderful attorney, I am sure that even one of these matters, never mind going through both at the same time, would have caused more stress than I could handle. Hopefully I will never need the services of an attorney, but if I do, I will definitely be contacting Mr. Goldblatt.

I hired Mr, Goldblatt after terminating my previous lawyers services. I needed a lawyer who would be fight for my custody rights. My soon to be ex spouse was alienating the children against me. I was being denied the ability to see them on a regular basis and my relationship with them was slipping away. Mr. Goldblatt was compassionate to my plight and fought aggressively for me every step of the way. He knows how to be strong when the circumstances call for it but he also knows how to resolve things through settlement when negotiations are better served. Plain and simple.. Mr. Goldblatt is a good lawyer. He represented me in both my divorce and most recently post judgment motions.
