My insurance called Lazer Tow Service to jump start my car. Technician showed up, but he put positive to negative, negative to positive, and tried jump start the car. Car immediately made huge alarming noises multiple times. He tried one more time keeping incorrect positions. Car made noises again. He realized his mistake later and put positive to positive , and negative to negative again. Since he did this incorrectly, it shot my car, and caused great damage. My car wouldn't start now,and who knows how much of electronics got fired. Honestly, I am deeply disappointed that a pro can do such a rookie mistake. I hope Lazer Tow Service takes this seriously and make sure that this will not happen in future for other customers. I have informed my insurance company, and hopefully Lazertow and Geico will resolve fixing the car with least inconvenience and damage to me further. I will continue to update the progress on Yelp, Facebooka nd elsewhere, until this is resolved. Thank you

this company has unethical business practices. Once they have towed your car they change the bill rate.they have poor customer service, they are dishonest, and the price of their toe service is astronomically unreasonable. And they will damage your car in the process. Stay far away from this company you'd be better off putting your car to the side of the road
