Lean On Me provides hourly, overnight or live-in services. We are happy to modify, tailor or adapt our services to fit your needs. Lean on Me is a local Maryland-based company. We work with clients with the following needs:

• Daily living needs
• At-risk sick and shut-in clients when families are not present
• Clients that are wheelchair bound or use other mechanical assistance
• After hospital discharge
• After release from nursing homes, assisted living, or rehabilitation facilities

All Lean On Me caregivers are certified in CPR and First Aid. They are also given hands-on training in sanitation, hygiene and cleanliness.
